Brand Strategy / Visual Identity / AI
VELORIS
Brand Experience
From an open brief
to a distinctive brand world.
In six days, I developed a concept for a fictional premium airline, from positioning to applications across the passenger journey.
An independent project developed during professional training in AI and prompt design.

- Scope
- 6-day AI / prompt design project
- Responsibility
- Independent concept development and execution
- Outcome
- Brand strategy, brand book and applications
01 / Starting point
Choosing the subject was
part of the task.
The course “AI for Content, Design & Visual Marketing” provided the timeframe and methodology. We were free to choose the subject, audience and deliverable. I chose to build a fictional airline brand.
Set in an imagined 2035, VELORIS combines a premium travel experience with technological progress. Assumptions about climate-neutral operations provide the conceptual background. They do not describe a real company or proven technology.
02 / Brand concept
Premium leads.
Technology delivers.
The starting point was the tension between premium travel and a desire for responsibility. I positioned VELORIS around “Confident Progress”: calm, time, privacy and personal attention are at the heart of the travel experience.
The creative concept, “A New Lightness”, connects this positioning with the design. The tagline “Beyond Distance” shifts the focus from miles travelled to the quality of the whole journey.

03 / Brand system
An approach made
visible and tangible.
The concept led to a calm visual world of generous spaces, warm lighting and understated materials. Deep Horizon Blue, Ivory and Graphite form the foundation, with selective gold accents.
The wordmark, horizon arc and star connect the name with direction and movement. I applied this visual language to aircraft, lounges, cabins and supporting materials. The key was to make the same brand character recognisable in different settings.

04 / Applications
One brand.
An entire journey.
From arrival to the details of an amenity kit, the brand world connects spaces, products and digital touchpoints.
05 / Working with AI
Variations need
consistent rules.
AI produced ideas and images quickly. Yet it sometimes ignored requirements, expanded the brief without direction or handled visual details inconsistently. Strong individual results did not automatically add up to a consistent brand.
I responded with tighter guidelines, a clear order of precedence for references, smaller steps and repeated quality checks. The process remained deliberately iterative: generate, assess, correct. The master prompt brought together context, role, task, rules, output and review.
The applications shown are concept visuals illustrating the brand world. The tablet mockup, for example, is not a developed or tested booking flow.
06 / Outcome & reflections
A brand with
a shared foundation.
The result was a brand strategy, visual system, brand book and applications across several touchpoints. The six-day process ran from brief, positioning and moodboard through development, quality review and presentation.
My main takeaway: AI accelerates development. Quality comes from clear goals, sound foundations and disciplined selection. Guidelines provide a basis for further applications, but their reliability must be tested each time.
Taking it further / AI Brand Film
The brand
in motion.
In a separate follow-up project, I translated the VELORIS brand world into an AI-assisted brand film.
